I made this burger last week with the Alpino Muffalata in my fridge – sorry, I should have taken a picture of it but I scarfed it down too fast!…Next time. Mix 1 oz. of drained Alpino Muffalata with 4 oz. ground beef. Form into a patty and grill to your desired degree of doneness. Serve on Kaiser roll with mayonnaise, tomato, onion, lettuce and sliced Puckered Pickles. Easy, right? Dee-lish!
